FAQ: FAQ

What is a coach in your program? What do they do?

A coach in our program serves as the personal advocate for your child. The coach is the member of your child's assigned care team that will see them most often.

Coaches support the growth and development of your child by serving as a source of wisdom, teaching, support and advice. Coaches collaborate with the therapists and psychologists that will be assigned to your child's care team.

Using information from the rest of the care team, coaches will help your child create their own goals and a plan of action to accomplish the goals. In an effort to improve behavioral changes in daily life and monitor progress, they will hold check-ins throughout the week to monitor your child's progress and build a relationship with them.

Coaches host group activities that will have your child meet with them and others to hold group discussions, do volunteer work for community programs, and other activities to provide your child with a variety of growth-building activities.

Our coaches have a proven track record of success.
